Group Retirement Savings Product Manager

Leverage your expertise as a Group Retirement Savings Product Manager with Canada Life. Drive product development and strategic initiatives in the Canadian market with a hands-on approach. This role reports to the AVP of GRS Product Development. As a pivotal individual contributor, you'll define and deliver on the GRS long-term product strategy, focusing on market opportunities for existing and potential sponsors. Your strong relationship-building and leadership skills will be essential in influencing across the organization and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new GRS product opportunities and strategic enhancements
- Analyze data to uncover trends and shape product performance
- Lead requirements investigation for product development
- Manage all aspects of product development, from design to launch
- Build relationships across divisions to facilitate product solutions
- Deep knowledge of Group Retirement Savings products
- Extensive insight into Canadian industry trends
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis
- Hands-on experience in product management
