Early Childhood Assistant Norton Lake

Mothercraft

Support healthy child development as an Early Childhood Assistant at Mothercraft’s Norton Lake CED or Village Gate CED. Work regular full-time split shifts.

This Level 2 position supports Mothercraft’s Centres for Early Development, offering full-day programs for children aged three months to four years. Mothercraft’s research-informed approach emphasizes high-quality child care, early learning, enrichment programs, and support for families. The centres provide safe, nurturing environments designed to help children develop while supporting busy families.

Key Responsibilities:

Support full-day early learning programs
Promote healthy child development
Provide high-quality child care
Contribute to enriching childcare experiences
Support safe and nurturing environments

Requirements:

Level 2 position classification
Availability for regular full-time employment
Availability for split-shift scheduling
Ability to work 37.5 hours weekly
Commitment to inclusive child care environments
