Lead construction projects as a Senior Estimator at Tradition Construction Inc. in London, Ontario. This role combines estimating expertise with full‑cycle project management across various sectors.
Tradition Construction Inc. is recruiting an experienced Senior Estimator/Project Manager to oversee projects from pre‑construction to completion throughout Southwestern Ontario. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid initiative and problem‑solving abilities, enhancing team and project success. Additionally, this position requires travel to nearby job sites, ensuring hands‑on management and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from pre‑construction through to closeout
- Prepare estimates and obtain subcontractor pricing
- Develop and manage schedules and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and safety
Requirements
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Relevant post‑secondary education or equivalent experience
- Estimating experience is advantageous
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
