Strategic Sourcing Specialist – IT Procurement
Must-Have Requirements
7+ years of IT Procurement / Product Technology Procurement experience
Strong strategic sourcing and vendor management experience
Proven experience negotiating technology agreements with vendors such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, or similar
Experience with IT Infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, software, and related technology services
Experience leading vendor selection and complex sourcing initiatives
Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex IT strategic sourcing projects and category strategies
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology, infrastructure, cloud, and related services
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with technology vendors
Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships
Develop financial and sourcing analysis to support procurement decisions
Partner with senior stakeholders and provide strategic procurement guidance
Identify cost-saving opportunities and cross-category synergies
Monitor technology and market trends to support sourcing strategies
Support process improvements and coach junior team members
Work Arrangement
Hybrid – 10–12 days onsite per month required
Individual contributor role
