- Coordonner des activités publicitaires spéciales
- Mener des sondages d'opinion publique
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients et du public
- Planifier et diriger des campagnes de publicité et de marketing
- Élaborer des stratégies médias et des activités de relations publiques
- Représenter l'organisation, ou déléguer des représentants, pour agir au nom de l'organisation lors de négociations ou autres fonctions officielles
- Étudier et déterminer les caractéristiques de vente des produits et des services
- Examiner des documents écrits, tels que des rapports, des notes d'information, des discours, des présentations et des communiqués de presse
