Assistant Construction Manager

Job Responsibility:

```Key Responsibilities ```- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets industry standards- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

```Qualifications```- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials- Proficient in project management software and tools- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Skills:- Build: Experience in overseeing the construction of buildings or structures.- Electrical: Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring in construction projects.- Quality inspection: Ability to conduct thorough inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.- Project management: Proficiency in managing all aspects of a construction project.- Construction estimating: Skill in accurately estimating the cost of materials, labor, and equipment for a construction project.- Construction inspection: Ability to inspect construction sites for compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and regulations.- Quality Control: Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards.

Salary: $55,809.94-$65,000.00 per year
