Senior Director for Transformation at MDA Space

Lead transformative change across MDA Space as the Senior Director for Transformation. Manage large portfolios with a keen focus on governance and strategic business outcomes. In this crucial senior leadership role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee an array of complex business transformation initiatives. Your extensive experience in portfolio management will be essential as you establish integrated roadmaps and prioritize key initiatives. Additionally, you will lead performance tracking to ensure that all programs deliver measurable value to the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate enterprise strategies into a prioritized transformation roadmap
- Own portfolio investment performance and funding allocation
- Ensure initiatives meet scope, schedule, and budget criteria
- Lead governance forums for executive decision-making
- Drive measurable performance improvements and adoption
- 12+ years in transformation or portfolio leadership
- Proven experience managing large, complex portfolios
- Background in regulated industries like aerospace or defense
- PMP or PMI certification preferred
- Must obtain security clearance for Controlled Goods Program
