As a Proposal Specialist, leadingStrategic Pursuits & Proposals, you will play a critical role in securing complex, high‑profile infrastructure and advisory projects across Canada supporting our Earth & Environment sector. Your work will directly influence how communities grow, how sustainability goals are achieved, and how WSP continues to lead in the AEC market.Your ImpactAnalyze RFPs and pursuit opportunities to develop compelling proposal strategies that align with client priorities and position WSP for success.Coordinate, write, and edit proposals from kick‑off through final submission, ensuring clarity, quality, and compliance with WSP brand and client requirements.Manage proposal schedules and milestones, facilitating collaboration across technical, operational, and leadership teams to meet tight deadlines.Adapt CVs, project descriptions, and boilerplate content to create tailored, client‑focused submissions.Support interview preparation, including presentation development, storyboarding, and rehearsal coordination.Contribute to continuous improvement, participating in pursuit debriefs and helping refine tools, templates, and best practices across the proposal team. The Skills That Set You ApartMinimum 4 years of experience in a proposal coordination, specialist, or lead role within the AEC or professional services environment.Proven experience supporting strategic pursuits and complex proposals, with exposure to multi‑disciplinary teams.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat); familiarity with CRM tools and emerging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) is an asset.Knowledge of federal pursuits is considered an asset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, with flexibility for occasional overtime and travel.
