Junior Condominium Property Manager

The Junior Condominium Property Manager is an entry-level training position designed to develop the skills and experience required to become a Condominium Property Manager. During the initial 06 month training period, the Junior PM will not manage an independent portfolio but will work alongside experienced Property Managers to learn the administrative and daily operations of condominium management.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Property Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare notices, correspondence, owner communications, reports, and meeting materials.
Monitor emails, maintenance requests, work orders, and outstanding action items.
Attend Board meetings, AGMs, owner meetings, site inspections, and contractor meetings for training purposes.
Assist with meeting preparation, minutes, and follow-up items.
Learn to coordinate contractors, obtain quotations, issue work orders, and follow up on maintenance.
Develop an understanding of condominium budgets, financial statements, invoices, reserve fund, and special assessments.
Learn to review and interpret condominium bylaws, policies, and governing documents.
Develop professional communication skills when dealing with Boards, owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Learn emergency response procedures and when matters require escalation.
Maintain accurate property records and confidentiality.
Participate in ongoing training, job shadowing, and performance coaching.
