Job Title: Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance data, delivering actionable insights and optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Create compelling, original content tailored to diverse digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives and project timelines.
- Track, report, and present marketing metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality standards.
- Contribute marketing domain expertise to advance the effectiveness of AI-powered solutions in a dynamic project environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution.
- Expertise in data analysis, performance tracking, and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail in messaging and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong content creation skills for digital channels including web, email, and social media.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI‑driven marketing tools or training data for machine learning projects.
- Background in supporting technology or SaaS products with marketing initiatives.
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing or data analytics.
