Job Responsibility:
Part-Time Bookkeeper for Boutique Brand Studio
Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper with a passion for keeping things organized? Studio Chroma Designs, a creative brand studio based in Toronto and Muskoka, is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to help keep our finances in order.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update financial records
- Reconcile transactions (fewer than 50 per month)
- Prepare monthly financial summaries
- Handle tax preparation and submissions
- Ensure accurate data entry and report generation in Wave Accounting
Requirements:
- Experience using Wave Accounting (this is a must)
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- Previous experience supporting small businesses or creative studios is a plus
Commitment:
- Part-time (estimated 3-5 hours/month)
- Remote/flexible work schedule
