Kitchener Ford is seeking a detail-focused and organized Used Vehicle Sales Administrator to support inventory management, reconditioning, merchandising, and wholesale operations.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys working with data, managing processes, and ensuring every vehicle moves smoothly from acquisition to sale.

What You'll Do

• Process trade-ins and vehicle purchases
• Manage inventory records and pricing data
• Track vehicle reconditioning progress
• Audit online listings for accuracy
• Coordinate wholesale vehicle sales and transportation
• Support lot operations and inventory organization

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

✅ Outstanding attention to detail

✅ Excellent organizational skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities

✅ Automotive dealership experience is an asset
