Controller for Plant Operations Remote

Join Revival Gourmet Foods as a Controller, mainly remote, where you'll lead financial management and operational excellence for our Downingtown manufacturing site. In this essential leadership position, your role involves partnering with site leadership to perform detailed financial analysis, forecast trends, and manage the budgeting process. You'll oversee cost management and reporting, ensuring compliance while promoting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership on financial analysis and strategies
- Own monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews
- Guide development of the Annual Operating Plan
- Supervise cost accounting and inventory management
- Lead initiatives to track operational cost metrics
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
- 5 years of relevant finance experience preferred
- Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office expertise
- Skilled in data analysis and communication
- Results-oriented with influence across teams
