Finance Data Strategy Director Role

Lead the Finance Data Strategy at a senior level by overseeing governance, lifecycle management, and data quality across the enterprise. This strategic role emphasizes data model design and compliance, essential for effective Finance reporting. As a Director of Finance Data Strategy & Stewardship, you'll be pivotal in enhancing the Finance data landscape. You will oversee the Finance data lake intake and ensure that data governance standards are in place. Your role involves collaborating with Finance, IT, and engineering teams, focusing on data strategy alignment with business priorities. Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the Finance data strategy
Oversee onboarding of new data sources into the Finance data lake
Lead design of enterprise-grade Finance data models
Establish governance standards and data quality rules
Drive initiatives for operational excellence and automation improvements

Requirements:

12–15+ years in data management or governance
Strong knowledge of Finance processes and accounting flows
Proven experience with data lakes and data ingestion
Leadership of global teams in shared-services environments
Effective stakeholder management and influence skills

Guide the strategic direction of Finance data while ensuring high-quality stewardship and operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
