Overview
Castlegar Veterinary Hospital is seeking a talented, experienced, and innovative DVM to join our team in the capacity of Small Animal Veterinarian and Medical Director. Experienced Medical Directors are preferred, but an experienced Veterinarian with a disposition towards leadership and a positive attitude would also be considered. Our ideal candidate possesses exemplary communication skills, a high degree of integrity, and experience mentoring. Responsibilities
- Join the team in the capacity of Small Animal Veterinarian and Medical Director or as an experienced Veterinarian with leadership potential.
- Contribute to a team-based approach to medicine as a top priority.
- Support open communication, equality, and impeccable client care.
- Mentor colleagues and foster a positive, cooperative work environment that aligns with the clinic’s values.
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine
- Exemplary communication skills and high integrity
- Experience mentoring and a disposition toward leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused setting
