We need a new member of our family! My husband Peter and I need some support, we have 3 adorable children. Our oldest who is 6.5 Is on the spectrum of Autism and in public school, he needs someone who can keep up with his curiousity, someone who can repeat boundaries through verbal communication and through consistency. He is incredibly smart, and needs support through emotional learning. He needs pickup from school at 2pm and some good quality engagement one to one. Additionally we have two little ones in daycare. Our 4 year old daughter and 3 year old Son. They need pickup at 3:45. What we need as their loving parents? Time to deepen our connection as a couple. Time to run our household, respond to our responsibilities and free up our schedules for eachother, and our children. What this means is we’re looking for someone to take some of the responsibility of the “tasks” in raising healthy children so we can spend more time enjoying the experience of being parents. We need a person who wants to connect with our children authentically as themselves, share their personality and culture, but we need someone who is constantly aware that although connection is paramount, that doesn’t mean the dishes, laundry and appointments disappear.
