Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Elevate client success by leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud expertise with ArcLight Consulting. This remote role requires a proactive leader to manage critical workstreams and optimize client solutions. Join ArcLight Consulting's Customer Success / Managed Services team as a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant. In this position, you'll deliver valuable insights and troubleshooting for complex issues. Your experience will guide clients through system enhancements and process improvements, ensuring best practices are followed. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Lead resolution of complex technical issues and troubleshooting
- Design new functionalities aligned with client needs
- Oversee system integration and quarterly updates
- Mentor junior team members for continuous improvement
- 5+ years of consulting or HRIS experience
- Expertise in Workforce Management or Total Rewards
- Strong grasp of HR processes and module interdependencies
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
