Your role: Develop key relationships with customers, the workforce and the community to improve business results Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule all personnel. This includes outlining expectations, motivating performance, and giving corrective feedback Strategize corporate objectives to grow sales and increase market shares Oversee overall store expenses and merchandising standards Empower teams to deliver superior customer service Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly What we're looking for: 5 years experience in personnel management Experience managing a retail business Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous Attitude focused on results and customer service Excellent communication skills Bilingualism Any combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered If selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
