Elevate customer satisfaction as a Territory Manager with The ECCO Group in Calgary, Alberta. This role focuses on sales growth and managing wholesale partner relationships in the HVAC sector. The ECCO Group seeks a driven Territory Manager to lead sales initiatives across Western Canada. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Sales Canada, you will expand market presence and maintain profitable sales growth. Key responsibilities include managing partner relationships, identifying business opportunities, and conducting product training sessions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth while maintaining gross margin
- Develop relationships with wholesale partners and contractors
- Identify and pursue current business leads
- Conduct product training sessions for partners
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- 5+ years in sales or account management
- HVAC or building product industry experience
- Robust communication and people skills
- Proficient in Excel for reporting and analysis
- Willingness to travel up to 80% within Canada
