Analyste‑Développeur – Solutions Analytiques & IA
Localisation : Montréal – Mode de travail : Hybride (2 jours/semaine sur site) – Début : Dès que possible.
Responsabilités
- Transformer les données brutes en solutions analytiques fiables et exploitables.
- Analyser et structurer des données de maintenance pour extraire des insights actionnables.
- Concevoir et développer des pipelines de données sur Databricks / Delta Lake.
- Modéliser les données (dimensionnel, relationnel) selon les besoins analytiques.
- Garantir la qualité, la gouvernance et la traçabilité des données.
- Prendre en charge les livraisons end‑to‑end : design, développement, tests, documentation, mise en production et support.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Distribution et les experts data.
Compétences requises
- Minimum 6 ans d’expérience pertinente.
- Compréhension rapide des enjeux business et traduction en solutions techniques.
- Bonne communication et vulgarisation pour divers interlocuteurs.
- Maîtrise de SQL (extraction, transformation, validation).
- Maîtrise de la modélisation de données (dimensionnelle et relationnelle).
- Compétence Python pour l’analyse et l’automatisation.
- Expérience avec Databricks et architectures modernes (Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog).
- Appliquer de bonnes pratiques de développement : tests, Git, CI/CD, documentation.
