Part Time
Salary Range: $27.82 - $28.17 /hour
The primary location for this position is Southwest Center in St. Thomas, Ontario.
- Secondary (High) School Diploma
- Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational ability and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Health and physical condition consistent with heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, walking and standing
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of WHMIS legislation
- Knowledge of infection control
- St Josephs Health Care London through its affiliation with Western University and Fanshawe College is a leading research and teaching hospital. As an employee of St Josephs, you will be expected to engage in role related teaching and research activities in addition to any of your clinical duties
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and influenza.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
