Location: St. Thomas, ON

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm shift or 6:30am to 3:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

Hourly Rate: $18.00

Reporting to the Fulfillment Team Lead, the Fulfillment Technician is a key member of our Logistics team responsible for order processing, packing, QA, counting, and reconciliation. This role ensures that all packages and orders are 100% compliant with Sensi Brands SOPs.

As the Fulfillment Technician you will carry out all assigned duties including but not limited to…

• Assist with labelling, excising, and master packing of cannabis finished goods for sale.
• Accurately inspecting and preparing finished products in accordance with orders placed.
• Ensuring orders are picked with accuracy and packed with care.
• Performing QA on orders for compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in performing audits/cycle counts weekly or as needed.
• Perform any other duties or tasks on an as-needed basis as requested by team lead & management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent education.
• Ability to wear PPE specific to the cannabis production industry.
• Must be 19 years or older (legal requirement).
• Must provide a clear criminal record check (RPIC status is an asset but not required).
• Strong attention to detail (accuracy in counting and calculating production products).
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong time management skills (ability to multitask and prioritize).
• Initiative and ownership of work.
• Willingness to learn.
• Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds alone or 51+ pounds with assistance, as well as carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving, and adjusting process equipment.
