Key expertise in civil engineering, project management, and a strong understanding of MOTT standards are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop operational strategies in line with company goals
- Lead and mentor supervisors and staff for optimal performance
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and quality
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation thoroughly
- Cultivate strong partnerships with government and industry stakeholders
- 7+ years in highway maintenance or infrastructure management
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license with a clean record
- Experience in a unionized supervisory role
- Advanced knowledge of safety and health regulations
