Legal Tech Operations Manager at Lightspeed

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed observations of legal processes for improvements
Lead automation initiatives based on identified opportunities
Design automated workflows using legal tech tools
Build documentation for effective process management
Establish KPIs to monitor automation effectiveness

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in legal technology or operations
Demonstrated success in building workflow automations
