Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality electronic layouts for emails, flyers, catalogues, booklets, and promotional assets while adhering to creative guidelines.

Participate in kickoff and pick-up meetings with marketing teams to gather requirements, clarify project intent, and resolve information discrepancies.

Prepare initial layout tissues, incorporate feedback, and deliver finished design revisions on tight timelines.

Evaluate existing photo archives for reusability versus new photography requirements, coordinating references and source information for creative producers.

Create finished artwork for new digital graphic elements, headings, and promotional assets in both English and French.

Ensure all designs translate seamlessly across typography standards, photography, copy, and technical production specifications.

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field.

At least 4 years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally within retail, promotional advertising, or multi-channel marketing.

Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as Figma and XD.

Strong mastery of visual design principles, color theory, typography formatting, and digital image archiving/banks.

Proven capability to build creative mock-ups, interpret project briefs, and deliver proactive design solutions.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively under fast-paced deadlines.
