Technical Lead AI Architect Role at Citi

Join Citi as a Technical Lead focused on architecting AI solutions for our Services AI Platform. Balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership.
As a Technical Lead, you will directly influence the engineering team’s performance by developing scalable agentic ecosystems and fine-tuning applications. This role emphasizes your leadership abilities while allowing you to engage in hands-on development, ensuring code quality remains high and aligned with architectural standards. You will work closely with subject matter experts to better understand and implement automated, agent-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop custom applications using Python and Angular
• Code multi-tenant intelligent agents for optimal performance
• Write integration code for advanced RAG architectures
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture workflow needs
• Integrate backend logic with user-facing applications
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical roles, ideally in AI/ML
• 2 years’ experience in Generative AI
• 3 years of leadership in complex software delivery
• Proven skills in AWS related to AI/ML
• Strong showcased portfolio of AI projects
