- Coordonner des activités publicitaires spéciales
- Recueillir, rechercher et préparer des produits de communication
- Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients et leur fournir de l'information
- Prendre les dispositions pour la facturation des services
- Tenir des dossiers et des statistiques
- Obtenir et examiner toutes les informations pertinentes pour évaluer la rétroaction, les demandes et les plaintes des clients dans le cadre de la fourniture d'informations et de services utiles
- Exécuter des tâches générales de bureau
- Recevoir les plaintes et en tenir un registre
- Expliquer les procédures, les risques et les bienfaits aux clients
- Entretenir et gérer des bases de données numérales
- Fournir des renseignements et répondre aux questions des clients
- Communiquer avec les clients après la vente pour assurer un suivi
- Vérification de casier judiciaire
