We are seeking a dynamic and professional Retail Sales Associate and Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Sewar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for social media engagement. This role combines selling products in our store with creating engaging video content for our social media platforms, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and our brand's online presence is vibrant and dynamic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information in a courteous and professional manner.
- Create and appear in trendy videos for our social media channels as required by the social media team.
- Be knowledgeable about our social media platforms and trends to effectively represent our brand online.
- Utilize MS Office and other basic technical skills.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfort and experience in front of the camera for video content creation is essential.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the retail or perfume industry.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
