Job Description
- Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Oversee day-to-day field activities
- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
- Conduct employee orientations and safety meetings

The Successful Applicant
- 5-10+ years of construction experience as a Site Supervisor on ICI projects, specifically Instiutional, Commercial Retail & Hospitality, and Industrial renovations and new builds
- Experience in completing new builds and rennovations up to $10-$20 million in value
