Purpose of the Job

Oversee the completion of the core process in the Fulfilment Operations team, ensuring it is conducted in the most efficient, commercial, and safe way possible before the start of an operational day. Utilize knowledge and experience of operations, including the tools and expertise of colleagues, to achieve the agreed goods availability for customers at the lowest possible costs.

Assignments

• Perform effectively the core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity.
• Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility.
• Commit to all health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and products.
• Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
