Join Oratomic as the Head of Talent, leading the recruitment efforts for groundbreaking quantum computing. Oversee candidate processes and onboarding while collaborating with top-tier scientists and engineers.
In this role, you will drive recruiting strategies and manage the full hiring lifecycle. Focus on finding exceptional candidates in a highly collaborative team environment, essential for building the world’s first fault-tolerant quantum computer. Your expertise will directly impact the assembly of an innovative and qualified workforce at Oratomic.
