Experienced Financial Controller - On-Site Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare compliant financial statements monthly and annually
- Direct annual budgeting and conduct thorough variance analysis
- Implement internal control systems to ensure compliance
- Oversee cash flow management and banking relationships
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, coordinating with auditors
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification typically required
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- At least 4 years in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
