Professionals with backgrounds in marketing, communications, and digital engagement often develop strong capabilities in relationship-building, audience communication, and strategic messaging.
Popcorn Potential is continuing to expand its professional network and is seeking experienced marketing and communications professionals to contribute to digital engagement and leadership-focused initiatives within a flexible remote environment.
This opportunity is suited to individuals who have experience in brand communications, digital strategy, content development, or audience engagement and are interested in applying those transferable skills in a broader professional setting.
Position Focus
In this role, you will:
- Support communication activities across professional digital platforms including LinkedIn
- Contribute to outreach and engagement initiatives aligned with leadership and career-focused projects
- Assist in developing messaging that strengthens professional visibility and audience connection
- Build and maintain professional relationships through structured communication workflows
- Operate independently while working within established systems, processes, and communication standards
This role combines flexibility with a structured and professionally supported framework.
Experience & Capability
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, digital engagement, branding, or related fields
- Strong written communication and content development skills
- Experience generating audience engagement through online platforms and strategic messaging
- Confidence using LinkedIn, Zoom, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools
- High levels of organisation, accountability, and professional self-management

Working Structure
- Independent contract engagement (not salaried employment)
