Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Mount Hope Dental Care. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient administrative support. Your contributions will be vital in creating a positive experience for our patients in our new location.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow during appointments.
- Provide information about dental services and procedures to patients.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Dentrix, is an asset.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
