Remote Canada — SAP AMS Customer Evolution Lead
Talan
Talan is seeking a Customer Evolution Manager for SAP AMS to own client relationships and service health across RUN and Evolution workstreams. You will drive continuous value, monitor SLAs/SLOs, and govern budgets, risks, and invoicing while guiding a team of consultants on a portfolio of SAP engagements.
You will leverage AI-enabled tools, support renewals, and help mature accounts toward steady-state improvement, with Canada-based remote work and occasional travel across North America.
