Lead Finance Transformation Expert

Accenture

Harness your expertise in Oracle ERP as a Delivery Lead with Accenture. Focus on finance modernization and elevate client service through exceptional project leadership. You will spearhead Oracle Cloud implementations, guiding teams to deliver innovative solutions while fostering strong relationships with client executives. With over 15 years of consulting experience, you will diagnose client needs and develop tailored approaches to meet their objectives in financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud delivery projects
Engage with senior leadership to build trust and influence
Develop and present compelling business proposals
Ensure project adherence to scope, budget, and quality
Coach teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Related Field
8-10 years of ERP leadership experience
Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations in large organizations
Strong understanding of finance transformation
Proven success in managing large-scale programs
