- Implement lean manufacturing methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Knowledge of automation, robotics, and vision systems
- Experience with injection mold processes and Fanuc robots
