Being a summer intern at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of Syed Ahmed for the summer of 2024!

• Creating drawings and documentation for preventative Maintenace on machines
• Updating data bases such as the inventory data base
• Aligning Preventative Maintenance procedures, schedules, and drawings to other plants with similar machinery
• Some manual labor, which involves lifting.
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties related to the job.

• Pursuit of a degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred.
• Detail oriented, with strong computer literacy skills to update data bases.
• A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding.
• Strong work ethic, attendance and punctuality is essential to our mutual success.
• Comfort working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels.

• Shift: Flexible- 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm (40hrs/week)
• Employment Type: Full time, Monday-Friday
• Job Type: Student (Fixed Term)
• Pay: $17/hr
