Precision Medicine Data Lead (AI Training) About The Role

We're looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to guide how complex healthcare and genomic datasets are integrated, governed, and transformed into insights that power the next generation of AI-driven clinical research.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced healthcare data professionals who want to work at the intersection of life sciences and cutting-edge AI.

What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment
- Translate sophisticated data findings into clear, meaningful narratives for scientific and clinical stakeholders
- Apply your domain expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated outputs in healthcare and life sciences contexts
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable operating independently in a remote, asynchronous workflow
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools, EHR platforms, or clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
- Background in translational research, clinical trials, or population health analytics
- Experience working with or evaluating large language models (LLMs) in scientific domains
