Position Overview: As an Team Lead – Regeneration Expert , you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Regeneration Experts to achieve and exceed sales targets, drive territory growth, and expand our customer base across Canada. In addition to managing a personal territory and key customer relationships, you will work closely with the CFT, marketing, operations, and clinical support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strengthen the company's position as a leader in the dental and oral surgery market.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Team Management: Directly manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team goals and KPIs.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales performance and meet company objectives.
3. Client Engagement: Identify training needs, conduct sales training sessions, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and performance.
4. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics and provide insights to improve performance and identify areas for growth or improvement. Maintain the integrity of our CRM
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, Operations and QA to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
6. Opportunity Management: Utilize the CRM's Opportunity management tool to advance new business opportunities.
7. Sales Goals: Achieve monthly sales goals and activity objectives in region and territory.
8. Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. Dental Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with dental industry experience, such as sales representatives, dental assistants, or hygienists.
2. Leadership Skills : Possesses strong leadership skills. Must have the ability to motivate and drive the sales team and keep team on track with KPIs
3. Strategy : Have a strategic mindset and understand sales techniques
4. Self-Starter: Must be a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual.
5. Team Player: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Customer Service Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills to build and foster customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Technical Skills: Familiarity with mobile CRM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Power BI experience is a benefit.
9. Sales Experience: 4 year sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment is an asset.

Compensation:  Salary: $75k - $83k + Incentive Bonus
