As a Host, you will:
- Create and maintain the flow of the restaurant. Create and maintain the flow of customers into the restaurant to ensure our Culinary team and servers can deliver world class service.
- Work with technology to enhance the customer experience. Support the service team using customer interaction technologies including Skip the Dishes, DoorDash,OpenTable and more.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction . Elevate the customer experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
What we need from you:
- A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, fun and the customer experience.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and customers.
- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.
