Dental Administrator/Treatment Co-ordinator

We are looking for a permanent full-time dental Administrator/Treatment Co-ordinator which includes working some evenings and some Saturdays. The successful candidate is dedicated, reliable, a team player, and has a positive and cheerful disposition.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of ONE YEAR dental administration experience, able to work within a fast paced environment.
• Only candidates with a minimum of one year dental administrative experience will be considered.
• This is a multi-disciplinary practice.
• Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service, demonstrates both independent and collaborative work capabilities.
• A muti-tasker, has strong telephone etiquette, executes day to day administrative responsibilities with attention to detail, and with a results oriented attitude.
• Dentrix knowledge is an asset but not not required.
