Salesforce Consultant
Axiom Global Technologies
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, platform architecture, or technical delivery, including at least 3 years supporting large enterprise environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud .
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud, including legacy and modern architectures.
- Proven experience conducting Salesforce architecture assessments, technical debt reviews, platform capability assessments, or licensing and cost optimization initiatives.
- Experience evaluating enterprise business capabilities, operating models, governance, and platform maturity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce licensing and consumption-based pricing, including credits, contact volumes, API usage, and data consumption.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise cloud data warehouses and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, integration architecture, customer data management, consent, and privacy considerations.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect, Technical Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and executive communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Salesforce Platforms: Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
- Data Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, cloud data warehouses, and enterprise data integration.
- Analytics and Reporting: Tableau, Power BI, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, attribution, and cross-channel measurement.
- Architecture and Integration: Salesforce org design, data modeling, APIs, middleware, data flows, and legacy modernization.
- Governance and Cost Management: Licensing optimization, consumption analysis, FinOps, consent management, and PII governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with personalization, loyalty programs, retail media, or customer engagement use cases.
- Familiarity with customer identity, consent management, and marketing technology platforms.
- Experience with Tableau, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Exposure to FinOps practices and enterprise cloud cost governance.
- Previous experience in the retail or consumer sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce technical expertise with enterprise architecture and strategic consulting capabilities. They should be comfortable working in ambiguous, interview-driven environments, validating incomplete or outdated information, and developing defensible recommendations supported by evidence.
They must be able to translate complex technical findings into actionable executive-level insights while providing sufficient technical detail for platform teams to implement the recommended changes. This is an assessment-focused consulting role requiring strong analytical thinking, architectural depth, business acumen, and the ability to deliver high-quality recommendations within tight timelines.
