Managing Director of Restructuring at CPP Investments

Your role as a commercial leader will demand active engagement in negotiations and strategic decision-making across a $80.5 billion portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead restructuring strategy for complex distressed investments
- Partner with investment teams on recovery strategies
- Negotiate terms with stakeholders during restructuring
- Provide commercial insights on liquidity and valuations
- Develop institutional resources for restructuring practices
- Approximately 15 years of senior restructuring experience
- Proven track record in guiding complex restructuring processes
- Strong expertise in liquidity analysis and transaction execution
- Deep understanding of creditor dynamics and market conventions
- Ability to effectively collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders
