Are you an experienced Change Management Specialist who has experience supporting the Altera Suite of products in a health-care clinical environment? Do you have over 10 years of experience leading OCM activities implementing information technology solutions?

We're looking for an Organizational Change Management specialist for an initial contract until March 31st, 2027 that can be worked remotely!

Responsibilities
Leading organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology solutions.

Qualifications
Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification.
10 years’ experience leading organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology solutions.
5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching.
2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations.

5 years’ experience leading the development of training materials and curriculum for workflow and process changes in a large, complex environment.
2 years’ experience performing organizational change management support for implementations of the Altera Sunrise suite of products in a clinical environment.
