Learning and Development Project Administrator

The Learning Edge Inc. is growing, and we are looking for a meticulous and creative new team member to join us on the edge.

The Learning Edge Inc. is a Canadian-based learning and development firm that offers a broad range of business solutions to organizations seeking customized learning and development strategies tailored to their specific needs. Our goal is to deliver the best possible learning and development solutions, staying on the cutting edge of today's business world. We achieve this by analyzing our clients' business needs, researching the most appropriate interventions, and recommending effective solutions.

Objectives of this Role

  • Organize and coordinate program processes, including proposals, contracts, and other requested documents.
  • Communicate project and marketing messaging to clients, Facilitators, participants, and vendors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of The Learning Edge Inc.'s brand strategy.
  • Assist with all marketing efforts to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Client Engagement.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create or modify brochures, marketing pieces, training materials, PowerPoint slides, and other requested documents.
  • Must have experience in Excel Spreadsheet.
  • Communicate timelines and deliverables, both verbal and written, with clients, Facilitators , participants, and vendors.
  • Plan and manage meetings and events, coordinate requirements, establish contacts, develop schedules, and manage mailing lists.
  • Support the Owner in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan, setting objectives, planning, organizing presentations, and updating calendars.
  • Carry out administrative tasks; Develop and maintain a filing system, Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers, Book travel arrangements, Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.
  • Coordinate office procedures.

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in following timelines and checklists.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience in marketing, administration, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing via Constant Contact, and social media marketing on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, design, and email software including Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, and Constant Contact.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Must be tech savy.
  • Must know how to operate CRM Platforms (for example; Salesforce)

This is an in-person role located in London, ON non-negotiable.

Start date: As soon as possible.
