Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in the Wealth Management domain to support Clients business and technology initiatives You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and driving system enhancements

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed system changes
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers QA product owners and business leaders
Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation
Support system testing quality assurance and user acceptance testing UAT
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization solutions
Participate in project planning estimation and status tracking activities
Manage stakeholder communication and expectation setting throughout project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

7 years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Wealth Management domain
Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products services and business processes
Proficiency in SQL data querying and analysis
Advanced Excel skills pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis
Handson experience with JIRA ticket creation tracking workflow management
Handson experience with Confluence documentation creation and collaboration
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to work and manage multiple priorities

Desirable Qualifications

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of wealth management regulatory requirements and compliance
Experience with data visualization tools

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75000-91000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
