Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to help support our Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Finance Team.

We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all relevant property deal transaction information is accurately input into relevant systems.
- Transaction Conveyance to Lawyers
- Reporting all Transaction data on relevant Matrix and TRREB Boards
- Sending accurate commission statements for closing funds due to the company
- Communicate and respond to inquiries from Faris Team Sales Partners and clients
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of experience working in a Real Estate brokerage
- Proficient in Lonewolf, TRREB, Matrix and Transaction Desk systems highly recommended.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and inputting data
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
