Front Counter Sales Representative

As a Front Counter Sales Representative youll be the first point of contact in the storehelping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

Youll be part of a team that works together supports each other and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries
• Prepare quotes explain options clearly and support sales decisions
• Complete vehicle check-ins including gathering mileage tire condition and service details (outdoors in all weather)
• Look up parts pricing and availability using internal systems
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
• Answer calls book appointments and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive (tires basic vehicle knowledge or parts lookup is an asset)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with a practical customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license is an asset
• Ability to lift 3050 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 08 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
