Job Description

Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of digital projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business strategies.
Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of existing digital platforms.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to drive continuous growth.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager, Digital Development should have:

Experience in leading technical teams within the technology or insurance industry.
Proficiency in digital development tools and software solutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of emerging digital trends and their application in the insurance industry.
